Welcome to KJ Fasteners
KJ Fasteners Ltd was formed in June 2006 by Kevin Jew and Ken Mole. Together we have over 70 years of experience in the industrial fastener industry.
KJ Fasteners was originally established to specialize in the supply of quality assured fasteners, fixings and associated products for the Overhead Line Power Transmission industry i.e. the National Grid.
As the Company developed it became involved in other markets both at home and abroad these included Structural Engineering, Mining, Petro-Chemical, Agricultural, Railways, etc. However, Power Transmission remains the core market sector.
Standard and Special fasteners are supplied in a variety of corrosion resistant finishes these include Hot Dip Galvanizing, Mechanical and Electro Zinc Plating, Sherardizing, Rilsan etc. Fasteners can be supplied in a range of materials which include: Steel – High Tensile Steel property classes 8.8 & 10.9, High Yield Steel to EN 10025 S355JR & S355J2, Mild Steel and Stainless Steel grades A2 & A4. Nonferrous – Aluminum, Brass, Phosphor Bronze.

High volumes of stock are held in two warehouses situated in the heart of the West Midlands with easy access to the UK’s motorway network, enabling a smooth, timely and efficient service to all points of the UK.
Quality at KJ Fasteners
Quality is of paramount importance and is at the forefront of everything we do. After only 12 months of trading the company was independently assessed and certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2000, and then to the revised BS EN ISO 9001:2008; our current registration is to BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Of course quality does not just refer to product but also to service in all its forms. KJ Fasteners are only too aware of this and the emphasis we give to this aspect of the business is one of the main reasons for our success in this competitive market.
KJ Fasteners have been approved to manufacture, supply and CE mark Non-preloaded Structural Bolting Assemblies to BS EN 15048-1 since 2014.

KJ Fasteners are an approved supplier to all major fabricators servicing the Over Head Power Line market, supplying short threaded Structural bolts, Non-Structural Stepbolts and Structural Stepbolts
Mining Machinery
KJ Fasteners supply a wide range of fasteners for use in the manufacture of mining machinery, such equipment and the associated fasteners are intended for operation both underground and on the surface
Structural Engineering
Hexagon Structural Bolting Assemblies have been supplied by KJ Fasteners since the company started trading. They have been used extensively where structural engineers have designed for ease of construction
Water Supply Industry
Fasteners and associated products are supplied for use in the manufacture of various types of equipment, which include Flow Control valves. Examples of products supplied include Hexagon Head Bolts and Nuts. Socket Head Capscrews
Transport
Crash Barrier bolting assemblies used specifically in the UK and mainland Europe, are supplied by K J Fasteners. Button Head Oval Bolts, Mushroom Head Bolts, Cup Nib Bolts, The Highways England series
