Fasteners and associated products are supplied for use in the manufacture of various types of equipment, which include Flow Control valves.

Examples of products supplied include: –

Hexagon Head Bolts and Nuts.
Socket Head Capscrews.
Socket Head Countersunk Screws
Engineer’s Studs.
Back Nuts (lock nuts).
Spiral Wound Pins.
Barrel Nipples.

Examples of materials supplied include: –

Stainless Steel A2 (Type 304)
Stainless Steel A4 (Type 316)
Brass
Phosphor Bronze
High Tensile Steel property classes 8.8, 10.9 & 12.9.

Note – care should be taken in the use of property class 12.9 fasteners, if subject to axial tensile stress, corrosion of the fastener or the fastener coating could result in bolt failure due to ‘environmentary hydrogen embrittlement’.
